Chattback allows dining guests to send instant feedback

Can’t find any forks in the dining commons to eat lunch? Someone spill a drink on the floor? Did a dining employee go above and beyond to help you?

The managers at all of the campus dining locations need and want to hear about it. Now, students and the rest of the UH community have a quick and easy way of relaying that information instantaneously.

This semester, UH Dining Services incorporated the Chattback texting system. It allows anyone to use their smart phone to send an anonymous text message that goes directly to the management team. Managers will act upon the message quickly.

Text numbers have been set up for the various campus dining locations:

  • Moody Towers Dining Commons: 832-924-8085
  • Cougar Woods Dining Commons: 832-924-2770
  • All retail dining locations: 832-924-8448

“We encourage customers to take advantage of Chattback for any concern they may have at any of our dining locations,” said Jonathan Mack, director of operations for UH Dining. “We treat every concern and comment seriously and will work quickly to resolve any problems. Customers are also free to use the service if they want to let a manager know about any great experiences they had.”
