How long will my mail and package(s) be available in the locker?
Your mail and package(s) will be available in the locker for 24 hours following the email notification to pick up your item(s).Lockers are available to you 24/7.

What happens if you can’t pick up your mail and package(s) from the lockers within 24 hours?
After 24 hours, unclaimed mail and package(s) will be stored at the central sorting facility (General Services Building), where it will be available for another 48 hours. Recipients will be required to present their Cougar Card to claim their mail and package(s).

The following are the business hours for Copy, Print and Delivery Services:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

How long do I have to claim or pick up mail and package(s) before it is returned to the sender?
Mail and package(s) are held for a total of 72 hours (excluding weekends) for pick-up (approximately 3 business days) . Unless a request to hold the mail and package(s) is made in advance via email ( and approved by Delivery Services, the mail and package(s) will be Returned to Sender (RTS) after 72 hours (excluding weekends), approximately 3 business days.
