How long will my mail and package(s) be available in the locker?
Your mail and package(s) will be available in the locker for 72 hours following the email notification to pick up your item(s).
What happens if you can’t pick up your mail and package(s) from the lockers within 72 hours?
After 72 hours, unclaimed mail and package(s) will be stored at the central sorting facility (General Services Building), where it will be available for another 48 hours. Recipients will be required to present their Cougar Card to claim their item(s).
The following are the business hours for Copy, Print and Delivery Services:
Monday - Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pm
How long do I have to claim or pick up my mail and package(s) from the central sorting facility before it is returned to the sender?
Your items are held for a total of 120 hours (excluding weekends) for pick-up (approximately 5 business days) . Unless a request to hold the mail and package(s) is made in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and approved by Delivery Services, the items(s) will be Returned to Sender (RTS) after 120 hours (excluding weekends), approximately 5 business days.
