Where are the Amazon lockers located?

The Amazon lockers are located in front of the General Service Building outside the Copy, Print and Delivery Services Office at 4211 Elgin St. They can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I order something to an Amazon Locker?

  1. Add an eligible item to your Amazon shopping cart. For eligibility criteria, visit Amazon Pick up Location Eligibility.
  2. Select "Proceed to checkout".
  3. When choosing a shipping address, select "See Nearby Pickup Locations".
  4. If there is no "Pick up Locations" option, use your Resident hall address and mailbox number. Do not type in the locker name and address as it will delay delivery. 
  5. Search by zip code, address, or landmark (like "University of Houston").
  6. Select private location confirmation. 
  7. Select "Pick Up Here" beside your chosen location.
  8. Complete your order.

How do I pick up an order from the locker?

  1. Open your delivery confirmation email or go to the “Track Package” page in “Your Orders”.
  2. Locate the six-digit pickup code and barcode.
  3. Enter your pickup code on the touch screen display at the locker or scan the barcode using the locker scanner located directly beneath the touch screen.
  4. The corresponding locker will open, and you can take your package.

How long can you keep an item in the locker?

Amazon allows you to retrieve your items within three calendar days. If the items are not collected within three days, Amazon will retrieve the package and issue a refund. You will be required to reorder the item.
