The Spring Semester is quickly approaching and we look forward to serving you! Have you begun to think about your course materials yet? We hope so! Here is some important information from your bookstore staff!
To maintain the safety of our students, we still suggest you order online this semester. Order early to allow for plenty of processing time. You can choose in-store pickup or have it shipped to your home. If the book is available in a digital format, we highly suggest this over a physical book, as this will be the most contactless order you can place. Shopping by your Student ID online is quick and easy! Just click here to go to our website!
Selected In-Store Pick-Up? Please make sure you selected the right pick-up location for your needs! Below is information for both the main location and Sugar Land location:
Main Campus:
Please wait until you receive the ready for pickup email, and then click the ‘Schedule My Pickup’ link to schedule a pickup appointment. Please arrive during your time slot with your Campus ID and Web order information. Remember, log back in and let us know you have arrived!
Sugar Land Campus:
This term, we also added Sugar Land as a pick-up location. Please see the dates and times below for our Sugar Land Pickup windows. Also note, if you receive the ready for pickup email on a Tuesday or Thursday, that package will not be at the location until the next time slot. All packages will come back to main campus after the 21st, and made available for pickup beginning the 22nd.
Tuesday, January, 12 – 9 a.m. -3 p.m. Thursday, January, 14 – 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
Tuesday, January, 19 – 9 a.m. -3 p.m. Thursday, January, 21 – 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
Still wish to shop in-store, we are here to assist you!

Book Loans are available!
Book loans are open and available to use in-store and online from January 4 – February 15. Loans shut off online a few days earlier to allow for processing times.
Need to get a book loan, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Access UH
- Select the myUH icon
- Select ‘Student Financials’
- Select ‘Optional Fees’
- Select term for the loan
- Choose Book Loan
- Click Save
Loans will appear in our system shortly afterward for you to use.
