About Us
Auxiliary Services serves the University of Houston's students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors. We also serve all of the University of Houston System's campus auxiliary operations through support and facilitation of system-wide contracts.
Auxiliary Services is entirely financially self-sustaining. We do not receive financial support from the University in terms of tuition dollars, student fees, or state appropriations and must be able to support our operations and capital expenditures through the revenue generated by our programs.
Programs offered through Auxiliary Services include residential and retail food service; campus stores, including course materials and merchandise; pouring rights, snack and beverage vending; and retail leasing.
Mission Statement
The mission of Auxiliary Services is to ensure that our programs are relevant, self-sustaining, and meet or exceed the wants and needs of our stakeholders; and that the diverse products and services we offer support student, academic, and research success and exceed community expectations.
Vision Statement
To delight stakeholders and promote student success by providing superior customer service and products; and by staying on the cutting edge of technology and innovation with the goal of providing award-winning food, bookstore, and vending services at the University of Houston.
