Summer and Fall 2024 Class Schedule Development Timeline

Roll the Summer/Fall 2023 class schedule to Summer/Fall 2024. All classes will have the Summer/Fall 2023 Instruction Mode value rolled into Summer/Fall 2024.

Summer/Fall 2024 course demand forecast data (Ad Astra: Align & Monitor) will be available on Friday. This data should be used by college/department decision-makers to engineer the class schedule to meet current student needs as well as new students.

Colleges begin building the Summer/Fall 2024 class schedule. Departments/colleges will review the “rolled” schedule and remove classes that will not be offered in Summer/Fall 2024.

Submit exceptions for “out-of-time band” exceptions.

• General Purpose classrooms will be available to all class schedulers, Except 100+ Seat GP classrooms. 100+ seats GP classroom will be scheduled by the OUR staff.

• Student enrollment dates will be available in myUH
• Students can begin using the Shopping Cart to prepare for enrollment
