Spring 2025 Class Schedule Development Timeline

Roll the Spring 2024 class schedule to Spring 2025. All classes will have the Spring 2024 Instruction Mode value rolled into Spring 2025.

Spring 2025 course demand forecast data (Ad Astra: Align & Monitor) will be available on Friday. This data should be used by college/department decision-makers to engineer the class schedule to meet current student needs as well as new students.

Colleges begin building the Spring 2025 class schedule. Departments/colleges will review the “rolled” schedule and remove classes that will not be offered in Spring 2025.

Submit exceptions for “out-of-time band” exceptions.

Import Spring 2025 schedule from PeopleSoft to Ad Astra. Initiate Room Scheduling Optimization*

*No PeopleSoft and Ad Astra access from 09/09 – 09/16.

Class Schedule published

General Purpose (GP) classrooms will be available to scheduling community.

10/07

Student enrollment dates will be available the week of 10/07.

Students can begin using the Shopping Cart on 10/07.
