Our fitness programming goal is to educate the campus community through movement and educational opportunities with a variety of programs that focus on a holistic approach to personal well-being. The Campus Recreation Fitness component provides programs and services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals including a variety of over 40 group fitness classes each week, 1-on-1 or group personal training, educational sessions, assessments related to the five components of health related fitness, and Fit for Hire special fitness events.
During the fall and spring semesters a Personal Trainer will be scheduled to be available to answer general questions, help participants with exercise technique, perform drop-in consultations, and conduct health assessments.
A Personal Trainer will be available on
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00 – 7:00pm
in the Fitness Zone
for the duration of the fall and spring semesters.
