Our fitness programming goal is to educate the campus community through movement and educational opportunities with a variety of programs that focus on a holistic approach to personal well-being. The Campus Recreation Fitness component provides programs and services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals including a variety of over 60 group fitness classes each week, 1-on-1 or group personal training, educational sessions, assessments related to the five components of health related fitness, and Fit for Hire special fitness events.
Fitness will be implementing a new service during the fall semester called PT on Duty. During the fall and spring semesters a Personal Trainer will be scheduled to be available to answer general questions, help participants with exercise technique, perform drop-in consultations, and conduct fitness assessments ($15).
A Personal Trainer will be available on
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00pm – 7:00pm
for the duration of the fall semester.
Looking for an exclusive opportunity to keep in great shape and possibly make money? The Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness Center will be offering YOU the opportunity to do just that in the spring semester.
