Aw......who are you kidding. It just contains boring information about me.

WHO AM I?

Ok, I am the Curtis Johnson who attended Weatherwax High School in Aberdeen, Washington and graduated in 1957. If you know me from that, please contact me so we can remember the good old days. I also attended Long Beach City College for a couple of years ('57-'59). Then on to UC Berkeley where I graduate with a BS in Physics in '61.

Yes! Yes! I am the same fellow who worked for Autonetics in Anaheim, California from about '61 to '65. Did you know me then? Al Decker? Jim Bingham? Where are all you guys?

Well, then I went to UC Riverside where I got a PhD in Physics in '68. Hey, what ever happened to Jim Johnston? Where, oh where is Conrad Muzimski and all my other fellow graduate students?

Next, I taught at the University of Texas in Austin for three years, in the EE department. Worked with Gary Swanson and some other guys. I carried out a research project on RF confinement of a weak plasma. Guess I confined some, but it wasn't very dramatic. Any of you guys out there?

I came here, to the College of Technology at the University of Houston in 1971. Been here ever since. Guess I must like it..............

WHAT ELSE?

Well, I got a brother, Lou, and a sister, Laurel, in California. Of course they got kids and a few grand kids but I won't go into all that.

I got a son Jeff in Brussels, Belgium. He got a wife, Nathalie and two kids, Jolan and Juline. Don't ask me..... I don't know where they get those names, comic books maybe. I see them a few times a year.

SAY WHAT?.............You wanna see pictures? Ok, why not.

This here is Jolan. He is a fine boy that is going to grow up to be a rocket scientist and olympic gold medalist in downhill skiing and call his mother from the top of mount Everest. AHEM........ well, more than anything else I just hope he will be happy and have a good life....

AND here is little Juline. What a cutie, huh? Boy, watch out though, she gonna be a real terror, already is. She is already running the house. Well, not really, but she sure makes her needs known by all.

I got another son, Greg, here in Houston with his wife, Marisol and their kid, Eden. I see them quite often but never as much as I would like.

Eden is a knockout!!!! She is talking up a storm, going to school and loving it, reading, writing and math, wrote her first novel and proved the gravity metric closes on a hypergeometric space with ...............uh.......well, give her time.

I got a wife, Helene, and a fine mother-in-law, Lois who lives with us and takes care of us.

Yes, Helene and Lois got a family......... and here they are!!!!! How did we get this picture? It wasn't easy! These are busy people. Shows you that even people who come from the Missouri hills can succeed

I got two cats, Twinky and Peaches, whom we call Pete because he turned out to be a boy.
