On top of Guadalupe Mountain, October 1997

You have reached the homepages of Dr. Curtis D. Johnson. I am a Professor in the Electrical-Electronics Department of the University of Houston's College of Technology. In these pages you will find information about classes I am teaching as well as other professional , personal and social information.

Teaching is my first love. Let's all keep the flame of learning burning. Here is a link to my Spring 2003 on-line classes:
My professional interests include physics, international issues in education and the application of computers in higher education. This link provides a summary of these activities. I spent all of 1998 and the spring term of 1999 in Azerbaijan working to enhance computer literacy and access amoung scholars and intellectuals in that former Soviet Union country.

I am involved in recreation through badminton, backpacking and horse riding. If you click on this picture you will find pages devoted to my involvement in these activities. Maybe we have some common interests?
Maybe you just think you know me, or want to know about me.........hummmm, naw. Maybe someone with my name owes you money. Well, for whatever reason, click this picture to find out more about who I am.

Shucks, I guess if you need to contact me for some reason, well, you can snail mail or telephone me at:
