Enrollment appointments (the earliest time students may begin registering) for spring 2008 are scheduled beginning Sunday, November 11, through Saturday, December 1, based on classification. Check for your enrollment appointment time through PeopleSoft Self-Service. You may register anytime after your enrollment appointment has come up through the end of the registration cycle. more... The Summer 2010 Discovery Workshop series will be offered June 8 - July 20. Learn about resources to support your research, and how to communicate your research. Log-in to eDISCOVERY to RSVP for sessions you will attend. Undergraduate and graduate students may attend. You must RSVP at least 24h before each session. Questions can be directed to discovery@uh.edu.

Applications are being accepted for the 2009-2010 Undergraduate Research Travel Fellowship Program. Students who have submitted an abstract for presentation at a national or international conference are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to travel. Beginning in Spring 2009, undergraduates will be able to enroll in a slate of courses that incorporate inquiry-based pedagogy or research practicum training. The research-enhanced courses are being developed as part of the QEP Curriculum Development Grant Program. Projects supported by the program range from enhancement of core and major course to broader department and college initiatives which span multiple courses and levels. Submit your research accolades and achievements and photos to discovery@uh.edu. We are seeking students who have co-authored peer-reviewed papers, presented at national conferences, applied for patents, competed in research or design competitions, received prestigious fellowships, etc.
