| UH INROADS, Welcome back to another semester at UH! I hope everyone is excited and
ready to participate in the many activities lined up for the upcoming months. Following is
a list of important dates for the month of February. Please plan accordingly so that you
can come out and enjoy. Remember, it's to your benefit, so take advantage.
Feb. 14th (Valentine's Day) -
INROADS Rose Sale at UH
We will be selling roses at the UC. Set-up will be at 9am.
Selling will begin at 10am. I will need volunteers to help set-up and help sell roses from
10am until we run out! Roses will be priced at $4 each.
Everyone that helps out is encouraged to wear his or her
Inroads shirt.
Feb. 15th (Thursday) - Talent Pool
Info. Meeting at UH at 8pm
For those interested in helping out at Talent Pool, we will be
having a quick info. meeting to discuss the 'Fashion Show' that we will be putting
together as part of the entertainment portion for the students.
This will take place at the UC. Room # TBA.
Feb. 16th (Friday) - INROADS Talent
Pool at Rice University
UH members will put together a 'Fashion Show' demonstrating the
following:
-Business Professional
-Business Casual
-Casual
-What-not-to-wear
We will need an MC and someone to supply the music.
Everyone needs to be there at 6-6:30pm.
Feb. 22nd (Thursday) - 1st general
meeting/Inroads workshop at UH at 8pm
Inroads Houston will be putting together an 'Effective
Communication Workshop' for current Inroaders and anyone else interested. Also, this will
be the time for all members to pay dues for the spring semester. $15/student/semester.
Upcoming events for March will be announced at this time.
This will take place in the UC Underground - Pacific Room # 90.

volunteer for the rose sale. I will also need a head count for those that will help out at
the Talent Pool.
