The UH Technology Bridge is a rising innovation park suited for research-based startups and industrial partners looking to expand near Downtown Houston.

Our location in the heart of Houston is near the energy corridor, the Texas Medical Center and the midtown innovation district. The Bridge is the perfect location for new and establish companies looking to join a university ecosystem and capitalize on the many resources offered by the campus environment.

UH's Innovation Center located at the Bridge comprises more than 5,000 co-working office spaces for startups and established companies.

Incubator Labs

Research-based startups interested in moving technologies to the next level should check out UH's new Innovation Labs. The facility provides ready-to-use lab space designed to support chemical, materials, and life sciences startups. The Technology Bridge offers private and shared lab spaces

The UH Incubator Labs is set up for potential pilot-scale production with 28 fume hoods, 250 lab benches, and below-market pricing. Next door to the UH Innovation Center, a co-working space brings access to events and programs presented by the Technology Bridge. Startups in the labs also have access to resources at the UH flagship campus, including talent and core facilities.
