Since 1953, the University of Houston has been at the forefront of distance education. Our journey began with KUHT, the nation's first Educational TV station, broadcasting UH college courses to eager learners. Today, we proudly offer over 2,400 online courses annually, reaching more than 46,000 students worldwide.
