Preventative Care

Regular exams and screenings are important for the early detection of health risks. You and your doctor can discuss your health goals and how to reach and maintain them.

Chronic Disease Management

Integrated Behavioral Health

Our innovative integrated behavioral health model of care allows the provision of comprehensive primary care without neglecting to address the behavioral health needs of our patients. It allows for whole person care and helps to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health.

Psychology

 

Psychological services are provided for patients looking for non-medical treatments (cognitive and behavioral) by licensed clinical psychologists. We offer solution-focused outpatient psychotherapies for a variety of child, adolescent, and adult mental health concerns.

Psychiatry

 

Psychiatric services are provided by licensed psychiatrists for child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients needing medical evaluation of their mental health concerns. Our outpatient psychiatric services can help you find the right medications to support your care. It is possible that patients with more severe symptoms may require a higher level of care and be referred to community-based providers. In these cases, we will discuss during your consultation and do our best to help you find the best care.

Women's Health

 

Gynecological Care

We offer a comprehensive range of gynecological services to patients at various stages of their lives. Women’s health services can be provided by your primary care providers, including our in-house OB/GYN through an integrated approach.

Telehealth Services

 

As a member of UH Health Family Care Center, you can talk to your doctor or nurse from the comfort of your home using your phone, tablet or computer to connect with your care team. Our telehealth services include chat and video communications. Telehealth services are available for established patients only.
