    Jolly Holiday Party

    The UH Health Family Care Center and Office of Government and Community Relations would like to thank you for your interest but this event is full and no longer accepting registrations at this time. We look forward to seeing registered attendees at the Jolly Holiday Party where we will give away wrapped gifts to children ages 0 – 18 and holiday meals kits to families! Registration is required per child. Holiday meal kits will be given away per family on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Flu vaccines will be available to children 18 years and younger, provided by our dedicated physicians and staff on site. If you plan for your child to receive the flu vaccine, please have your health insurance card with you or bring the forms listed on the Sliding Fee Discount Program page along with your child's birth certificate. Join us for a party filled with music, fun and games for the whole family.

  • Back to School Block Party

    This past August UH Health Family Care Center partnered with Boynton Chapel Methodist Church to host a back to school block party! We were delighted to provide backpacks, school supplies, activities and services to help celebrate and prepare for a new school year. Along with the great food, music and fun, families can enjoyed quality care from our dedicated providers and staff who were on-site providing vaccines and sports physicals for the kids and blood pressure screenings for adults.
