Using Canvas for Instructional Continuity
In the event of class disruption due to an emergency situation, all faculty may use a Canvas course shell to continue student communication and classroom management.
Current Canvas Users
Current Canvas users can immediately begin using Canvas for instructional continuity.
New Canvas Users
A blank course shell has been created for every course and section of lecture and seminar courses. Once the administration has notified the campus of a closure, faculty who have not used Canvas in the past will be able to log on to their blank shell by logging into:
https://accessuh.uh.edu and enter their CougarNet ID and password or follow the links to get their CougarNet ID and password.
