Your outstanding work this past year, in the face of uncertainty brought about by a worldwide pandemic, is awe-inspiring and greatly appreciated. Highlighted within the inaugural issue of the Division Highlights publication are accomplishments that celebrate the success of our division in 2020. Our success is a tribute to the commitment and dedication each of you has made towards the goals of the University. Without you, none of this would be possible. This same level of commitment and dedication in 2020 will be required in 2021 and beyond as the University embarks on a new strategic plan, one with a focused vision --- building a top 50 public university. The opportunity before us as a division is to challenge ourselves to re-examine what we do, why we do it, and reimagine how we can improve in a rapidly challenging landscape. Providing customer service excellence is why we are here and will always be our division’s number one objective. I ask everyone to double-down on that commitment just as you did in 2020. While there will be challenges ahead, I have no doubt the A&F team is up to the opportunities ahead. I am proud to be a part of the A&F team, and I eagerly look forward to working with you in 2021 as we support the University’s number one priority – student success – and we move one step closer to building a top 50 public university.
