The Cougar Ride After-Hours Shuttle Runs on Sundays from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Monday- Thursday from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Request a ride in the UH Go app.

First Gen Gathering

The Center for Student Empowerment will be hosting a First Gen Gathering to honor First Generation students. During the gathering, we will be providing refreshments and taking the time to honor all the First Gen Students in attendance. It's a great opportunity to connect with fellow students who share similar experiences and to build relationships that can support you throughout your academic journey.

Massage Therapy

Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays are free events held every Wednesday during the fall and spring semester. These events provide students with unique relaxation experiences like physical wellness activities, do-it-yourself projects, massage therapy, and pet therapy.

This event provides free STI testing to students, faculty, and staff.

SKYWARN Storm Spotter Training

The Office of Emergency Management will host a SKYWARN Storm Spotter Training. This training  is an oopurtunity to gain the skills to identify severe weather and effectively report to National Weather Service (NWS). Sign up today! Sign up for SKYWARN training here.

Circle Time with CSE

"Circle Time with CSE" is an initiative aimed at providing students like yourself with the necessary tools to develop appropriate skills while navigating through various challenges. We understand that this can be a daunting task, especially during these uncertain times. Therefore, we have designed a series of sessions that will cover important topics such as dealing with transitions, stress management, and coping with anxiety.

Public Art Opening Celebration!

Experience the grand opening of artist Shahzia Sikander’s “Havah...to breathe, air, life” exhibition on February 28, from 5 – 8 p.m. at Cullen Family Plaza. The multimedia exhibition by Pakistani Artist, Sikander is an exploration of justice and female representation in public monuments. This event is free and open to everyone!
