Dear UH Community,

I would like to thank those who attended today’s Spring Faculty Assembly. During this event, I presented the Provost’s Impact Report detailing many outstanding initiatives and programs that have been launched during my time as UH’s senior vice president for academic affairs and provost.

If you missed today’s presentation, I encourage you to read the web edition of the 2022 Provost’s Impact Report that is now online. A limited number of print copies are also available and have been delivered to the colleges.

This report offers a snapshot of UH’s efforts to support faculty excellence, student success, and institutional growth. It also highlights achievements from across our campus, our colleges, and instructional sites such as UH at Sugar Land and UH at Katy.

In compiling this report’s content, it became very apparent that time certainly flies. In the nearly 10 years that I have served as provost, our university has undergone dramatic transformations. This progress couldn’t have happened without your support and assistance.

Thank you for working alongside me over the years and for making the University of Houston a truly great university.
