Dear UH Community,

We invite you to recognize UH's global reach and impact by joining us in celebrating International Education Week (IEW) at the University of Houston next week from November 14 -18, 2022.

To kick-off this weeklong IEW series of events, we will be hosting the IEW Opening Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 14, from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. in the Student Center South, Houston Room (202). Join us to learn about the global programs, offices, and student organizations showcasing many of the countries and cultures represented here on campus. We will have interactive booths, cultural performances, free shirts, airbrush tattoos, and international snacks!

International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. IEW promotes the benefits of international education and cultural exchange. Here at the University of Houston, IEW highlights our global programs and international opportunities and celebrates our cultural diversity.
