WHERE PERMIT HOLDERS CAN PARK ON GAME DAY All valid UH parking permit holders (except for Katy permits and MWF and TTh permits) can park in the following locations without having to pay a game day fee:
- The ungated/uncovered zone parking lots in Zones A, C and D that are not being used for game day donor parking. These lots will have numerous temporary signage set up stating that the lot is being used for $30 text-to-pay game day parking. Valid permit holders do not have to pay the fee if they park in these lots as long as their vehicle is associated with their permit.
- Permit-holders should NOT park in any restricted space. These include reserved, 20-minute unloading, disabled and the orange text-to-pay visitor spaces. If you park in an orange text-to-pay space without paying, you will receive a citation. Please note: All of the spaces in visitor lot 21C are orange text-to-pay spaces. DO NOT PARK IN THIS LOT.
- Valid permit-holders can also park in the student/faculty/staff section of the East Garage (You will need to swipe your physical Cougar Card, scan the QR Code generated by your digital Cougar Card, or use a registered toll tag for entry).
- If you park in the East Garage and your permit is for another location, your vehicle must be moved out no later than 7 a.m. Monday.
CULLEN BOULEVARD TO CLOSE
- Cullen Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic between Holman Street and Cougar Place Boulevard at approximately 11 a.m. (seven hours prior to kickoff).
