Optometrist Aims to Slow or Prevent Nearsightedness
It’s predicted that by 2050, almost 50% of the world will be nearsighted and wear glasses. Geunyoung Yoon, Irvin M. Borish Chair Professor at the College of Optometry, is examining how one’s peripheral vision relates to nearsightedness. His research aims to find how to slow or prevent the condition altogether.
New Project Examines Hate Speech

The Hobby School of Public Affairs will host a post-election analysis luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in the multipurpose room at Student Center South. Learn from members of an expert panel as they analyze the results of local and midterm elections and discuss the direction of our region and state. Registration is required.
