    Resolution Statement

    The PeopleSoft (PS) system is experiencing account lock outs. If you see your PS icons and clicking on it takes you to the login page; this signifies that the account has been locked in PS. Please call/text the HelpDesk at 713-743-1411 or chat with them for assistance. System Administrators have been notified and are working to resolve the issue.

    It has been reported that a service affecting incident exists for the following services:

    We are receiving more reports this morning of users not being able to access PASS. As soon as they click on the icon, it logs them off.

    ITAC is coordinating with administrators and support staff who are currently working on the problem, and assessing the scope and impact.

    An update will be issued once additional information has been collected.
