    UnavailableMultiple services unavailable due to a cougarnet issue.

    Multiple services are unavailable to customers, including services requiring DNS lookups to authenticate via Cougarnet.  Some services do not require DNS lookups, and are available at this time, including AccessUH. Major services impacted include Exchange and Lync services. There is a tentative ETA of 1 hour for restoration of services. Administrators are working to restore services at this time.

    Multiple services are unavailable to customers, including services requiring Cougarnet credentialing.  Some services cache these credentials, and may still be operational at this time. Major services include Exchange and Lync services. There is no estimated time to resolution. Administrators are working to restore services at this time.
