Description
Building 5 is an existing 31,744 square foot building at the Energy Research Park. The building will undergo selective demolition and limited renovations to bring the building up to Base Building Standard (BBTS). The BBTS scope for this project has been defined and will include a new roof, new glazing, building core support for future expansion, miscellaneous upgrades and code compliant upgrades. There are no plans for major mechanical upgrades and it is presumed a future tenant would be responsible for any additional upgrades to meet their specific needs.
