Dr. Scott Radimer, director of assessment and planning, is the well-deserved recipient of the Golden Paw Employee of the Month award for April. Renowned for his unwavering support and willingness to go the extra mile, Scott embodies the epitome of professionalism and service within the organization.

Nominated by Katy Kaesebier, Director, Center for Student Involvement. Kaesebier shared, “Scott spent hours before the Student Government Association Election teaching me how to create and interpret pivot tables in order to process the Ranked Choice election. After the election, he spent an additional 6 hours helping me process the results and verifying them for accuracy. Scott is always willing to lend a helping hand, but this project was above and beyond his regular job duties and required a significant amount of time and energy.”  

Central to Scott's responsibilities is spearheading the DSA assessment and planning procedures, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and strategic foresight. Beyond his core duties, Scott's willingness to extend assistance was exemplified by his recent extraordinary efforts in supporting the Student Government Association Elections. His dedication not only demonstrates his commitment to excellence but also underscores his leadership qualities and unwavering support for his colleagues. Scott's contributions transcend the confines of his role, leaving an indelible mark on the organization and serving as an inspiration for his peers. Scott said, “I feel incredibly honored to be recognized by my colleagues with the Golden Paw award. It’s a real privilege to work with such dedicated and dynamic individuals, and I’m thankful that I’m able to contribute to their amazing work supporting students.” 

Scott’s leadership in the division’s assessment and strategic planning initiatives has advanced our collective work over the last 5 years. His commitment to excellence and his ability to help us tell our story through the data had made a positive impact on the division,” stated Dr. Daniel Maxwell, associate vice president for student affairs.
