February 4th, 2014 - University Career Services is pleased to announce Tiffany N. Bitting will join the team as a Career Counselor on March 17. As a member of the counseling team, Tiffany will work directly with students on identifying vocational interests, personality preferences, and ideal work environments; explore what careers complement a particular degree/major; critique resumes, discuss expectations in an interview, and plan for an effective job search. Tiffany will also serve as a liaison with the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics along with facilitating career workshops and events.

Tiffany most recently served as the manager for Admissions and Outreach for National University where her duties included coordinating college fairs, advising prospective students, and cultivating partnerships with faculty, student services personal, and local community colleges. Prior to her work at National University, Tiffany served as a graduate career counselor intern at California State University, Fullerton, and as a program assistant in the Doctorate of Education Program at California State University, Long Beach.

Tiffany holds both a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Development in Higher Education and a bachelor’s of arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
