You’ll never forget your FIRST TIME...at the “Can I Kiss You?” show!

On Valentine’s Day 2013, Coogs Get Consent will present “Can I Kiss You?” - one of the highest attended events on college campuses across the country by both males and females of all backgrounds and sexual orientations.

Nationally-renown expert and author, Mike Domitrz, will reveal to you a simple approach to dating, intimacy, hooking up, and relationships that no one ever shares.  As an expert who has appeared on over 40 Radio and TV shows around the world, Mike will meaningfully engage each audience member in a candid, in-depth, interactive conversation about what is often labeled a “silent” issue – what constitutes consent in a sexual situation. You will discover realistic tools and skills for making better decisions on consent such as the exact words to say; how to precisely handle if someone says, “No” to you; and an amazing way for you to impact the lives of other Coogs.

This presentation officially launches Coogs Get Consent, the University of Houston’s Office of Equal Opportunity’s sexual assault prevention campaign. Co-sponsors of the event include the Women’s Resource Center, Student Program Board, University Centers, Center for Student Involvement, Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life, UH Wellness, Student Housing and Residential Life, the Dean of Students Office, and the Division of Student Affairs.

The festivities begin with free pizza at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the Cullen Performance Hall. Following “Can I Kiss You,” the Student Program Board will present The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 (2012).
