Join the 1st National Transportation Cybersecurity Competition 2024 organized by the CYBER-CARE Center !!

Welcome to the CYBER-CARE Competition 2024, where students and cybersecurity enthusiasts tackle real-world challenges in transportation security through collaboration, innovation, and hands-on experience.

Who Can Participate?

Eligibility

  • Open to all university students across the USA.
  • Participants must have a valid university email.
  • Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.

Team Size

  • Register individually or in teams of up to 4 members.
  • Each student can join only one team.
  • Each team needs a faculty advisor.

Event Timeline

  • Registration Opens: October 10, 2024
  • Registration Closes: November 15, 2024
  • Competition Start Date: November 15, 2024
  • Competition End Date: November 30, 2024

Competition Scope

Participants will face a series of cybersecurity challenges, including:

  • Password Cracking
  • Traffic Management System Exploitation
  • Vigenere Cipher Decryption
  • SQL Injection Vulnerability Identification
  • Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) Attacks
  • Vehicle Trajectory Anomaly Detection

Awards

We will be awarding the following prizes to the top  teams based on their performance. In the event of a tie, the team that submits their answer first will be ranked higher.
