When you register for the IT Specialists Exam you will be provided an access code
for a Practice test.
Please send an email to ets@uh.edu to request an access code. Please allow 48-72 hours after you register to receive the access code.

Get Certified
Certiport exams are available to UH students and the greater Houston community. UH students may register now, and the fee will be billed to your student account. Non-UH students may also still register now, and you will be prompted to pay by card.
- Click on the Register Now button.
- Select either Returning UTS-Online User to login or to create a new account, select New UTS-Online User .
- Select from the available Certiport exams and choose the date and time that works best for you once you have signed up.
- When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records.
- You will also need to create an account on Certiport.com prior to your scheduled exam date. Please have your login information ready on your scheduled exam date.
Please note that if you have already purchased a voucher directly from Certiport, there is a $25 fee to have your exam proctored with Testing Services.
