Bayou Journey: Canoeing at Armand Bayou

Experience the wild at Armand Bayou! As one of the few pristine waterways remaining in the Houston area, this trip will lead you through the vibrant coastal tallgrass prairie and wetlands that are home to a variety of native wildlife! Frequently spotted species include Alligators, Herons, White-Tail Deer, Mullet Fish, Wild Hogs and more! On this trip down the Bayou you will learn the basics of canoeing before a 2 ½ - 3 ½ hour paddle journey to observe an abundance of nature and wildlife scenery.
