Shine A Light on Mental Health

Information about local and national mental health resources, music, food and prizes/giveaways will be available at the “Shine A Light on Mental Health.” The event is aimed at raising awareness about available mental health and wellness related services as well as educational presentations on such topics as self-care strategies, stress and anxiety reduction techniques, suicide prevention and more.
