Leveraging Chemical Proteomics and Phenotypic Screening to Identify Drug Cancer Vulnerabilities
Thursday, July 17, 2025
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
In this talk, you will learn about the application of a library of small-molecule photoreactive probes to discover selective inhibitors of the mitochondrial insertase OXA1L. Through integrated phenotypic screening, you will see that these compounds are selectively lethal to cancer cells harboring amplification of the OXA1L gene by partially inhibiting electron transport.
