Enrollment Services continues to offer virtual appointments through the Summer 2021 semester. In addition to our Enrollment Services Call Center (713-743-1010), these offerings will continue to support students who may have questions for the Office of Admissions, the Office of the University Registrar, Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Student Business Services. Virtual Appointment FAQs
A virtual appointment is a one-on-one appointment with one of our Enrollment Services staff members. Students are able to schedule these on their time - no need to wait on the phone or in line!
- For the Office of Admissions, current and prospective students can visit with an admissions advisor. To learn more and to schedule an appointment, please visit here.
- For the Office of the University Registrar, Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Student Business Services, students can make an appointment in EAB Navigate, accessible via their AccessUH login page. - For the Offices of the University Registrar, Scholarships & Financial Aid, and Student Business Services, you need computer access with audio, connection to the internet (preferably high speed), and an internet browser. Virtual appointments are held over Microsoft Teams that will open in your internet browser. While not required, we encourage students to utilize the camera option to connect with our staff members.
- For the Office of Admissions you will need a U.S. phone number. International students who do not have a U.S. phone number will be given alternate options to connect.
Once an appointment is scheduled via Navigate, our staff will be notified. Students will then be contacted before their appointment about log-in instructions.
