The Ad Astra Information System is a web-based system that keeps track of all academically related room scheduling for courses and events occurring in academic classrooms of all room types on our great campus.
The focus of higher education scheduling has been trying to find the best solution for automating schedule creation. Our office feels that improving the quality and efficiency of schedules, versus simply producing the same schedules faster, is the real goal. Effective allocation of academic resources by the entire institution can greatly contribute to critical higher education initiatives.
This Ad Astra website serves the purpose of educating all users over every detail of Ad Astra with written procedures and training videos that range in topics from basic navigation for occasional users to more detailed specific instructions for those that heavily use Ad Astra for their scheduling needs.
