The courses listed above are designed for the prospective health professionals. Students headed to the medical, dental, physical therapy, optometry, pharmacy, or nursing school will find these classes very useful in preparing for the various admission tests and later at school. Biol. 1334 and Biol. 1344 provide basic information on human anatomy and physiology, while Biol. 3324 is an advanced level elective and provides in-depth information on several different topics in human physiology. Biol. 4354 is an upper division elective and covers topics in clinical and comparative endocrinology, and is recommended for prospective medical students and researchers.
