- Structure, dynamics and stability of nucleic acids: Dicovered and solved the first high resolustion three dimensional strucures of an unusual DNA triplet repest in solution using complete matrix relaxation and restrained moleculardynamics calculations;
- Solid phrase chemical synthesis and ChemRobotics;
- HPLC and other chromatographic separation methods;
- multi-dimensional (NOESY, ROESY, COSY, TOCSY) and pulse field gradient NMR experiments on Bruker 600 MHz magnet and spectrometer.
