Will

In the name of God Amen, I Reuney N. Dye of the township of Cranbury, County of Middlesex, State of N.J. being of sound mind, memory, and understanding for which blessing I THank God do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner folowing that is to say: First it is my will and I do order all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as convieniently can be after my decease. Secondly I do appropriate out of my estate sufficient sum of money to erect a suitable head stone to my memory at the head of my grave and also a headstone at the head of my wife grave (sic). They are to be both alike. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Ann Dye the interest of Five Thousand dollars to be paid to her yearly during her natural life by my executors whome I shall here after appoint and I do in addition to the above give and bequeath to my said wife, Mary Ann Dye one hundred and fifty dollars worth of house goods,

Fourthly I give and bequeath unto Catherine Grover, wife of Nalin Grover, five hundred dollars. Fifly, I give and bequeath to Margaret Perrine two thousand dollars, wife of George B. Perrine, two thousand dollars.

Sixth, I give and bequeath to my nefue Nemia Dye, sun of Ralph S. Dey One thousand dollars. Seventh, I give unto my namesake Reuney Dey, sun of Ralph S. Dey, three thousand dollars. Eighth, I give to my nefue Thomas Dey, son of Ralph S. Dey one thousand dollars. I give and bequeath unto Reuney Petty sun of William Petty, one hundred dollars. Eleventh (9&10??) I give unto my brothers and sisters that is living at this time namely Catherine Grover, Ralph S. Dey, Ann Stout, Margaret Perrine, Elin Vorhees, all the residue of my said estate after the above bequeaths are made. Share, Share and Share alike. Lastly I do appoint my brother Ralph S. Dey and my trusty friend Abija applegate executors of this my last will and testament.
