  1. A Memo To Provost Trueba and Vice President Boyd
    March 15, 1995. Signed before May 1, 1995. T he first project (seating in AH1 and Engineering D2) was completed in December, 1995 and the second (AH 2) in December, 1996.

  2. Report of the Ad Hoc Classroom Committee
    To Provost J. Ivancevich and Vice President James Hale - October 10, 1996. The change in administration (summer, 1996) created a situation in which the Trueba and Boyd agreement was forgotten. The Ad Hoc Classroom Committee urged the Provost and the Financial Vice President to honor the Trueba and Boyd agreement.

  3. Report to Sharon O'Neil
    This report and the previous report of the Ad Hoc Classroom Committee were never acted on. The project for 1996 was completed but no funds were received for the 1997 or 1998 projects.
