Daylio - A versatile app that will help you track fitness goals, food log, exercise, will take care of your mental, emotional and physical health.

  • Free but paid for advanced statistics, pin lock, unlimited goals, more icons, infinite reminders, automatic backup, aesthetic improvements.
  • "I already use Headspace and really like that app. This one is different with journaling, but I am also not big into journaling. It is fine to recommend as a mood checker, but not to pay money for. The improvements are mostly aesthetic and not worth paying for."

Fooducate - helps to lose weight, change eating habits, track calories, macros, exercise, and more.

  • Free but with subscription service for more tracking, deeper insights, no advertisements, and generally more in-depth options for the app.
  • "The cost is low enough that people who love weight, diet, and exercise tracking will get a lot out of the pro feature. But the subscription is not necessary."

MyFitnessPal - The app helps users to lose weight by tracking, creating healthy habits, all-in-one calorie, and macro tracker. Largest food database available over 14 million foods.

  • Free to download and use. MyFitnessPal Premium subscription offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
  • "I enjoy the idea of being able to track everything and make smarter choices by logging my food intake in this diary/log."

Noom - A program allowing lasting weight loss. The core of Noom is a psychology-based weight loss course of 10 mini-courses you can complete at your own pace.

Aura - This app provides holistic and personalized library resources for your wellbeing by partnering with therapists, coaches, and storytellers.

Breath2Relax - Breathing exercises to help with mood stabilization, decrease stress, manage anger control, and anxiety.

Calm - This app helps for sleep, mediation, and relaxation. Sleep stories, breathing programs, stretching exercises, and relaxing music.

Colorify: Free Coloring Book - This coloring book app can be a path to mindfulness, meditation, and art therapy.

Smiling Mind - Smiling Mind allows users to mind for daily mediation and mindfulness in a few minutes.

Wellnest - A self-care journaling experience that allows you to personalize your journal.

Woebot - Woebot uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy it is a personal coach who chats with you in order to help you grow into your best self.

What's Up? - Wellbeing phone app offering 24/7 safeguarding, wellbeing, and emotional health support.
