We ask that you please sign up for our program before using our services. The process can be started by following the steps below.

Please note that you are required to sign up BEFORE your first visit to the Cougar Cupboard.

How does the sign-up process work?

All students who intend to use the Cougar Cupboard must register with our partner, the Houston Food Bank, to use the program. You can begin the process by following the steps below:

1. Fill out our Pre-Sign Up Form
2. Follow the steps in the email you will receive upon completion of the previous form (titled “Cougar Cupboard Sign Up Instructions).

The Houston Food Bank is not a government service and does not receive federal funding. Client information does not leave the Houston Food Bank and is only used for research purposes. Individual client data or identifying information will not be shared.
