Les reportes del cases in Camera Stellata, 1593 to 1609 from the original ms. of John Hawarde edited by William Paley Baildon Published 1894 Page 26

In Camera Stellata, 28 Januarij, anno Elizab. Reginae 38, coram consilio ibidem, termino Hillarij. Anno Domini 1595.

Serjeant Drewe, the Queens Serjeant, moved first in a case of Poole v. Sir Robert Knevet, where the hearing of two bills for divers riots had been stayed for the determination of a matter in law touching the title to the land, and that matter having now been tried, he moved to have a hearing for both bills, which depended on each other; he was referred to the two Chief Justices.
