Thomas Bellamy, plaintiff, John Lidcott and others, defendants, for riot and other misdemeanours. The defendant, for claim of a rent, distrained beasts ‘dammage feasant,' and drove them into Surrye, another county, and there sold them: and for this he was fined [blank],’ with imprisonment; and he had no Counsel, nor made any manner of defence, but his answer was read. Nullus de cetero faciat ducere distiictiones quas fecerit, extra comitatum in quo captae fuentit.
