Jolly had accepted mediation of Sir Henry Northe, and that the penalty could be paid over 3 years. Since his death the deft, his executor, has again taken it to common law. Injunction awarded staying suit at Ecclesiastical Court until the defft Thomazine has answered.

It was ordered that the complt should bring into court the outstanding rent, but he cannot sell his hay to raise the rent. Ordered that complt to be allowed to sell the hay to raise the rent, and deft to stay proceedings at common law.
