John Wildes being to sell the goods in Flanders on Amys behalf. Wilde was going to Flanders on his own business and as a factor for others. The goods were sold to unknown buyers and the money received. On his return from Flanders Wilde gave neither account nor money to Amys, both of which he had promised. Suit was brought against John Wilde in Guildhall of the City of London and Wilde brought George Wilde also of Ipswich a clothier as a witness, who swore that an account had been made and accepted.
