Vexatious suits by Rees Bould; false arrests at a fair at Aberffraw; false depositions; misdemeanours of William Cleigh, clerk to the Pronotaries of Anglesey, Caernarvonshire, and Merioneth, and his false entries concerning lands in Trefeibon, Meyrick, Uchtre, Caderowe, Hendregadog, Tindryfol, and other townships belonging to Owen Wood esqire.

Unchristian like behaviour of the first defendant towards his father- and mother-in-law in attempting to poison them; corruptly procuring a partial jury, poverty of Beaumaris due to the defendants conduct as burgesses, welcoming pirates to the town, punishing the good and maintaining the evil; enclosure of lands once of the priory of Penmon; vexatious suits in various courts; illegal imprisonment. Verdict in APC 1591/50 wherein defendants were censured but granted a release “considering the great provokement of the said Owen Wood”.
