Satisfaction to a plaintiff ordered to be out of a recognizance for the defendant’s appearance Smyth, plaintiff; Albane, defendant: Plaintiff prayed that he might have satisfaction of his demand out of the defendant’s recognizance entered into for his appearance in this court since he was enlarged there, upon pretence that he would agree with the plaintiff, and yet standeth out in contempt of the court being before in prison for sundry contempts at the plaintiff’s suit, whereupon the court ordered the recognizance in Chancery and satisfaction to be made accordingly out of the same.
