  • Case Book BL Harley MS 2143 fo. 39v. Perjury for a matter that had been after justified by a verdict dismissed Bowler, plaintiff: for perjury. The defendant prayed a dismission of the cause for that since the last term a verdict had passed justifying the principal matter concerning the supposed perjury wherewith they are charged the court thereupon ordered the defendant to put in a demurrer of this which done the court would dismiss it.
